Arthur "Rudy" RUDUSS
Born 1936. Ex 3410295, Lance Corporal, a regular soldier from Victoria. Section 2IC, D&E platoon. He died of shrapnel wounds to the chest from friendly fire in Phuoc Tuy on 12 June 1966. His mother did not know her son was in Vietnam. Also served in Malaya and Borneo before being transferred to 7RAR in 1966, then D&E Platoon. SVN Service

Douglas Brian "Doug" PLAIN
Born 1946. Ex 3789448, Private, a national serviceman from Heidelberg West, Victoria. Rifleman, D&E platoon. Accidentally killed in Bien Hoa province when an APC he was riding on was involved in a motor vehicle accident with a large lorry. Was DOA at 24th Evacuation Hospital (American), Long Binh.
